Pradeep Sharma was born in Kalwaniya, VPO Barwasi, Tehsil Nawalgarh, District Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, India, to Mangi Lal Sharma and Manju Devi. Senior Secondary School Barwasi, Nawalgarh, in 2009, and senior secondary education at Nehru Public Senior Secondary School Bhagera Niwai, Nawalgarh, in 2011. He pursued a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) at Seth Gyaniram Bansidhar Podar College, Nawalgarh, under the University of Rajasthan, graduating in 2016. Pradeep Sharma furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Jaipur National University in 2018.

In 2015, Pradeep Sharma established Happy 2 Help U Technology Private Limited, a company that has made significant strides in the eMitra Project. This initiative, led by the Department of Information Technology & Communication in Jaipur, Rajasthan, focuses on digitizing and efficiently delivering government services.
